INTERACTIVE CONSOLE This low-impact cardio machine CS3.1 Inspire recumbent bike has an interactive Blue backlit LCD console that displays all workout metrics. There are 4 user profile settings and 10 preset programs which include 6 auto-resistance, 2 focus, and 2 heart rate specific programs.
